Mgs Contability Portal

This project was designed with the aim of simplifying access for clients of the accounting firm MGS Contabilidade to documents and invoices.

Layout

Clean and simple, with easy access to login.

Admin Panel

The administrator can search his client by name (typing) or by taxation system (selecting the type).

The system also include:

​

  • Feature to suspend user access in case of non-payment.

  • Button for communicating with the client via WhatsApp.

- Files are ordenated by "last added"order.

Invoices Page

  • Ordenated by "last added"

  • Invoices lists can be shown by month. 

  • When selecting overdue invoices, it redirects to a "request document".
